We kicked off by mapping the existing functionality and positioning LoD.club as the real-time loyalty transaction engine across all retail sites. To ensure a smooth transition, every transaction was mirrored daily back to the legacy system, which continued managing master data and key integrations—including ERP, reporting, and customer identification for real-time point redemptions. Over a carefully managed two-year rollout, all locations successfully adopted LoD.club as their new point balance master.

Data Integration

To fully modernize the loyalty ecosystem across both markets, LoD.club had to become the central hub for all loyalty operations—from offer decisions and billing to reporting and customer service. We implemented robust API and file-based connections with more than 10 systems, while handling a massive historical data migration. Working in close partnership with the client, we processed hundreds of millions of records to meet SLA and compliance standards, and established brand-new interfaces with a BI platform to transform and sync all data.

Results Delivered

Today, LoD.club powers nearly 70,000 loyalty transactions per day across these two markets—delivering speed, reliability, and flexibility at scale.
