Our Partner approached us with a high-stakes challenge: following a failed attempt by another vendor to migrate from a legacy loyalty system and integrate with the leading Coalition Loyalty Programme (CLP), they were left with an incomplete and underperforming solution. The mission was clear—deliver what the previous provider couldn’t, and take it further by expanding loyalty capabilities through LoD.club.

Smooth Experience

Real-time Integration

This two-year project was rolled out in two strategic phases to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted loyalty experience for customers. In Phase 1, we enabled LoD.club to handle all loyalty transactions while integrating in real-time with the CLP via REST APIs. Over seven months, we carefully transitioned 500 locations from the legacy system, maintaining consistent service through daily data syncing—while laying the groundwork for Phase 2 to run in parallel.

Agile collaboration

Phase 2 introduced the Partner’s own loyalty scheme, designed to operate alongside or in combination with the CLP. Balancing customer logic across both programmes was no small task, but our agile collaboration enabled continuous innovation in a fast-moving retail environment.

Tangible Results

The result? Over 100,000 new members joined within the first two months, and today, LoD.club powers 30,000 loyalty transactions every day.
